They made a mistake on this show.

During their research, they found that crows had died in Africa in 1991.

Then they found that “the only thing listed was a request for an increase in funds by DHS for that date” (or something to that effect).

I assume DHS is the Department of Homeland Security?

If so, this is a glaring mistake as DHS was created post 9/11 and was not in existence in 1991.

When the old nazi said that a “murder” had set him free, he was technically correct. When he was describing the death of all the crows, he said it is called a “grouping”. That was not correct. Any semanticist worth his salt would know that a grouping of crows is called a “MURDER”. So the nazi was correct in his assertion.
